The company Relja Jr has been established in 1997 in Zrenjanin,as a family business. In the beginning, its main objectives were retail trade of electical equipment and power tools.

In 2007, due to the business growth, the company moves its official seat to the new location, with working area of 200m².The family company grows into a company with 5 employees, and focuses on repair of eletrical engines, pumps, generators and wholesale trade of building and electrical materials.

In 2010, the new services were added, such as manufacture of production linefor a car industry. In 2011, due to the lack of working space, the company moves its official seat to the new location. The working area of 3100m² was redecorated and adjusted to the company's needs.

In 2013, the company has been certified with ISO 9001:2008.

In 2015, the company has been supplied with new telehandler, which has maximum lift height up to 17m, and with scissor platform with maximum lift height up to 6m.

In 2016, the company purchases additional equipment, CNC waterjet cutting machine with plasma welding gas torch, CNC lathe machine, CNC milling machine, presses for bending sheet metal with bending thickness up to 6mm.

In 2022, the company purchases laser cutting machine.

We currently have 24 employees. The company has continued to expand its business and it introduces new system 'turnkey system'. We have also included designing works and performance of building, metal locksmith and electrical works into our scope of activities.

Structure of employees according to the studied field: higher education (4 employees), Secondary Vocational School of Mechanical Engineering (20 employees).Our employees are young and vigorous.

Constructions

We have professional staff trained to perform all types of metal processing works either in the workshop or on the spot, based on the investor's designs or ideas, or on our designs for industry halls, fences, grandstands, specific wheels, metal windows and doors, and parts for non-specific equipment.

We perform all types of cutting, bending, welding, drilling, sanding on pipes, sections and solid materials. We perform works individually or in consortium as the main contractor or as a sub-contrarctor in accordance with the investor's project or we provide projects according to the investor's drafted version.

We also perform works based on 'turn key' system with the execution of all works according to the project. We manufacture steel industry halls in the shape of steel construction using rolled- steel sections (L,U,I), cold rolling sections HOP (L,U,C,E), and also closed and solid sections coated with industrial resistant paints. We also perform coating with fire resistant polish. The steel structures are coated and covered with molded sheet metal or thermal insulation sandwich panels ( fire resistant if necessary). The construction of elements of industry halls may be done by welding or by putting appropriate sheet or screw connections.

We plan to launch 75% of our products in Serbia while 25% is to be exported to the European countries (Austria, Italy and Moldavia). In the forthcoming period, we will expand the market sale towards other EU countries. Following the market requirements, we will use existing equipment with the possibility of expansion. New machines will enhance the work quality and the quantity of products.

We are a company capable of manufacturing metal products weighing up to 300 kg, with dimensions of up to 1.5 meters in width, 3 meters length, and a thickness of 10mm. Our expertise extends to serving the automotive industry, producing components for renowned brands such as Audi and BMW. Additionally, we have contributed to the Vienna Metro project by fabricating aluminum brackets and equipment supports.

E-bike charging stations

In order to support nature conservation and contribute to the community with smart and practical solutions, in cooperation with our business partner "Europa Elektro" we created a smart parking system for small electric vehicles that uses a system of renewable energy sources.

With such projects, we want to influence the popularization of transportation that uses green energy.

The modern design and quality of the stations focus on vehicle safety, vandalism prevention, the possibility of reserving a parking space and protection from adverse weather conditions.

The realization of this project is at the location of "Fruška Terme" in the beautiful nature of the Fruška Gora mountain near Novi Sad.

Metal Sheet Cutting Machines - we have two modern automatic machines (CNC plasma and Water jet). These machines belong to the group of new generation machines with automatic running which performs technological processing with minimal energy waste and production material.
Circular saw, manual plasma cutting machine , machine saw.
Multifunctional machine IW 55 manufactured by DURMA-TR - a machine that can simultaneously perform shearing, punching and corner cutting.
Bending machine NC press 6000 performs metal cutting up to 6мм thickness and 3м width.
Manual press for bending of metal profiles of smaller dimensions.
MIG/MAG welding machine (131/135) manufactured by JASIC, ESAB and KEMPPI
TIG welding machine and REL machine 141.

Aluminum, stainless steel and steel welding in compliance with the Standards EN ISO 3834, ISO 9001 EN ISO 1090 supervized by trained staff in accordance with Standard EN ISO 9712. Lathe machines (2) and NC milling machine used for mechanical processing of items. All the above mentioned machines are new and modern. They are systematically and strategically replaced by new ones. Our technology meets not only the European but also world standards concerning this area of work.
